Into the Blue is an American film released in 2005 which was based from the plot written by Matt Johnson under the direction of John Stockwell and was distributed under Metro-Golwyn-Mayer, Columbia Pictures, and 20th Century Fox.
It composed of a main cast ensemble which includes Paul Walker as Jared, Jessica Alba as Sam, Scott Caan as Bryce, Ashley Scott as Amanda, Josh Brolin as Derek Bates, James Frain as Reyes, and Tyson Beckford as Primo.
The plot of the film centred in dive enthusiasts Jarred and his long term girlfriend Sam. Though they have quite had a lot of jobs in Bahamas, one of their long term passion is diving and to treasure hunt the lost treasures of the pirates in the Caribbean. Things got a lot more complicated when they encountered drug traffickers along the way.
Although the film received a lot of negative response from critics in Rotten Tomato, it is quite a great film. Having Jessica Alba and Paul Walker in one film! Also, the underwater scenes with the sharks and other marine life were amazing.
