Old Dogs is an American Comedy film that was based from the storyline written by David Diamond and David Weissman under the production of Walt Disney Pictures and Tapestry Films. It was directed by Walt Becker and was distributed under Walt Disney Studios and Motion Pictures.
This family centred film composed of a main cast ensemble including Robin Williams as Dan Rayburn, John Travolta as Charlie Reed, Kelly Preston as Vicki Greer, Seth Green as Craig White, Lori Loughlin as Amanda, Ella Bleu Travolta as Emily Greer, and Conner Rayburn as Zach Greer.
The plot of the film concentrated to bestfriends Dan and Charlie and are also co-owners of a successful sports marketing firm. Dan had a short lived marriage with Vicki which resulted to something they did not expect. Vicki now facing a jail time because of being active environmental activists asks Dan to take care of their children while she’s serving her jail time. Dan agrees while Charlie helps him in doing his responsibilities as a newly discovered father of two.
The film received mostly negative acclaim from critics hence earned a minor box office by earning $96,753,696 from the budget of $35 million.
