Into the Blue 2: The Reef is the second sequel of the 2005 American film Into the Blue. The film was based from the plot written by Sara Berrisford under the direction of Stephen Herek. It composed of the main cast ensemble including Laura Vandervoort as Dani White, Chris Carmack as Sebastian White, Mircea Monroe as Kimi Milligan, Michael Graziadei as Mace, Audrina Patridge as Kelsey, Marsha Thomason as Azra Tate, David Anders as Carlton, Gina Torres as Marlena, Rand Holdren as Avery Lee, Parvati Shallow as Parvati, Amanda Kimmel as Amanda, and Mark Kubr as Milos
The film centered in diving enthusiasts Dani, Sebastian, Mace, and Kimi who unknowingly got themselves involved in a dangerous illegal smuggler who was trying to retrieve a certain product.
Sony Pictures Entertainment and MGM Home entertainment were the studios who distributed the said film.
